I signed up for the Resent & Balance Program with Aarti and was honestly not sure what to expect. Through weekly coaching sessions, Aarti helped me recognize and reflect on habits that were slowing down and impeding my healthcare and wellness progress. She also helped me develop new behaviors and ways to consistently follow these to improve wellness. Aarti was kind, caring, encouraging and I never felt judged in our sessions. She went above and beyond to help get me on a healthier path- providing tools such as stress-relief measures, meditation, microworkouts etc. I am so happy I had a chance to work with Aarti and I would recommend this program to anyone looking for some motivation, guidance and accountability to achieve their wellness goals!

I have really enjoyed my 1-on-1 sessions with Aarti. She is calm, open minded and easy to talk to. She has helped me realize how important it is to live in the moment.
